Prices and charges

Prices are shown in euro including VAT 24%. We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice.

To order products

We recommend you register when you order products from Bubomoda.fi so that we can serve you better (registration is not mandatory). Registering is easy: you choose your own username and fill in the necessary information so that we can deliver to you. Make sure to check that your e-mail and phone numer are correct so that we can contact you if necessary. 

When you have registered you will be automatically logged in and can place your order in our web shop. Find the products you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. When you have added all you wish to purchase you can go on to checkout and give all the necessary information as payment method etc. When you have confirmed your order you can see your order in your order history. The products will be shipped once the moneytransfer is registered on our bank account.

All cancellations should be done by contacting us. If the order has not been shiped it is possible to cancel part of the order or the whole order. In this case we need your name and order number. 

if you are under 18 you need your guardian's consent to make purchases at Bubomoda.fi. 


As a customer of Bubomoda.fi you have the right to return a product within 14 days from receiving it. The right to return a product is only valid if the product is in its original condition and can be re-sold. If you wish to return a product you first need to contact us within 14 days from receiving the product. To be able to process your return we will need your customernumber, name and address.  
Please notice that for us to be able to accept the return the product must be unused, in its original condition so that we can re-sell it. The product should be packed with care, preferably in its original package. All shipment damages due to careless packaging will be charged to the customer.  
We will refund you within 14 days from your notice of return, assuming we have received the product and the product is in re-sellable condition.

You will have to pay for the costs of returning a product. Save the receipt of your returning shipment - keep in mind that you are responsible for the product until we receive it! 

Notice! For products that have not been picked up from the Posti Parcel Point of from the post office within the time limit, and therefore will be returned to us, we will charge 10€ from the customer. Not picking up a shipment is not the same as cancelling or returning a product. 

Damage during shipment

All visible damages to the shipment should be reclaimed to Posti when receiving the shipment. All damages that were not visible when receiving the shipment must be reclaimed within 7 days from receiving the shipment. 

Dispute situations

If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution (www.kuluttajariita.fi/en). 

Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Local Register Offices' Consumer Advisory Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi). 


Bubomoda reserves the right to price changes, stock differences, technical problems and typographical errors on our website / in our advertisements. We continuosly update our webpage and strive to keep all information as correct as possible. If you feel you need more information about a product or have other suggestions for improvement, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can try to serve you as good as possible.
